Nice Stay, Excellent Staff and Healthy Food
warm smile nutritious food
The staff were friendly and cute, greeting guests with a warm smile. I especially enjoyed the lighter, nutritious side of the food, as this is a health-focused retreat. The food was AMAZING!!!

visible hair limited coffee choice
the shower drain had hair visible on top , a detail obviously overlooked during cleaning. the coffe maker was difficult to access , and the choice of coffee was limited.

Good stay near the Palm
separate sinks rainfall shower warm pool
My room had two separate sinks. The rainfall shower worked well. I really liked the gym as it had three treadmills. The pool was warm and had nice sunbeds. The hotel has a private beach on the Palm. You can easily enjoy your stay just at the hotel. I appreciated the breakfast and lunch buffet options. There was an excellent choice of food. The breeze made the temperature bearable. The cooler swimming pool helped cope with the heat. All staff go out of their way to help you. The staff were friendly. The hotel provided an upgraded room. I appreciated the kind treatment during my pregnancy. The balcony had a fine view of the Palm. Staff also secured a taxi for our return trip.
The check in process was difficult. My room was not ready by 3pm.

The hotel is on the Palm. It is a little out and away from the main parts of the city. You can easily travel by taxi to the main attractions however.

The hotel provides beach access and a promenade. The gym has a good selection of equipment. I appreciated the Ramadan decorations on the beach. Live music plays in the lobby in the evenings.
